Poyki simplifies grocery shopping

Poyki helps you to keep track of your supplies. With Poyki Sync, everyone in the family or shared apartment is always on the same page. If you run out of eggs, all it takes is a few clicks and the stock is updated. At the same time, the shopping list is automatically updated so that you have enough eggs at home for the omelette the day after tomorrow.

Automatic shopping list

Poyki creates your shopping list automatically based on your cooking plan and your stocks. However, you can also adjust the shopping list manually. Various settings allow you to customize your shopping list according to your needs. For example, Poyki takes into account the minimum quantities you set for your ingredients and the number of days you want to plan ahead for.

Collaborate

Synchronize the shopping list, stock, recipes, etc. with all family members or flatmates. This way, everyone is always up to date.

Inventory / Supplies

Store the ingredients you often need or use in recipes in Poyki. Or whatever you buy regularly. Enter how much you currently have in stock and keep the quantities up to date to make the best use of Poyki. To help you even better, Poyki offers many other settings: minimum quantities that you always want to have in stock, reminders, categories or labels, barcodes, packaging and much more.

Cooking plan

Plan recipes for the coming days and weeks. Based on the plan, your stocks (and other criteria), Poyki always keeps the automatic shopping list up to date.

Recipes

Save the recipes you prepare frequently with ingredients and preparation instructions. These recipes can then be added to the weekly plan. “Consume” the ingredients directly from the recipe view to let Poyki know what ingredients have been used for cooking.

Shopping list

Poyki creates your shopping list based on your cooking plan, the set minimum quantities of your supplies and the days you want to take into account in advance. You can also customize the shopping list manually. With two clicks, you can tell Poyki in the store that you have added the food (or whatever product) to your shopping cart, and the stock quantity will be adjusted accordingly.

Prices

You can use Poyki for free if you are alone. With Poyki Sync you can synchronize your lists with other roommates. To cover the server costs, Poyki Sync (the synchronization function) is a paid feature.

The final price (depending on the taxes of the respective country) and all conditions can be found in the Poyki app. Subscription can only be made directly in the app and can be canceled via Google Play.

• Keep Screen On: On recipe screens you can tell Poyki to not turn off your screen. This way you don’t have to touch your phone with dirty fingers.
• Configurable: Many features of Poyki are configurable to tailor the app’s behavior to your specific preferences and needs.
• Two ways of searching: Use the classic search by typing text or use the “starting letter filter” to quickly filter the items you need.

• Edit Notifications: When someone else within the same Family Space starts editing Poyki you’ll be notified (if you and the other user is ok with it).
• Ingredient Notifications: Poyki can notify you in advance if you need a certain ingredient for cooking.
• Import and export your data: With CSV and text import you can create your lists using a spreadsheet program or text editor. You can also export your data to CSV, text or json format.
• Privacy first: We give you full control over your privacy settings. You can disable all features requiring a server, even if that means that you can’t use certain features of the app anymore.
